What you’ll be doing
As a CRM Intern, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of automated and ad‑hoc CRM campaigns across several channels and markets. Email will be your core playground, while you’ll also get exposure to emerging CRM channels such as push and in‑app messaging.
On a day‑to‑day basis, you will:
- Support the creation and execution of CRM campaigns using Bloomreach, primarily via email
- Assist in building and maintaining dynamic email templates, working with HTML and Jinja
- Help develop and optimize CRM automations across the full customer lifecycle
- Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and feedback signals (e.g., NPS)
- Work with analytics tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, and Bloomreach reporting
- Contribute to segmentation, personalization logic, and experimentation initiatives
- Support A/B testing setup, execution, and evaluation
- Collaborate with tech and data teams to ensure data quality, tracking accuracy, and a robust CRM setup
- Assist with documentation, sprint planning, and cross‑team alignment using Jira and Confluence
